2 days after SprinCo

We're finally back after our first conference! Tired, happy, recollecting all events, moments - my current state:))
The first conference spent together. It was sometimes difficult for us, sometimes funny, creative, tough, brainwashing, comfortable. But what is important we had a good deal of learning all together in terms of :
* our team: we're getting acquainted, realizing our weaknesses and strenghths, learning how to cooperate, coomunicate, give feedback each other. It's difficult at the beginning, and requires sacrifying, but at the end we all see the results. I know!
* our LC: we put really ambitious goals, but they are smartly distributed in months, and i'm sure that we'll teach us all how to reach them with the help of whole LC, each member, for all of us to know our contribution.

Don't think that we were only focused on our work! We had so much fun, and i miss it so much! Can't get off my head our 'cool babu', 'some strings', feedback on the last night, our plans towards Lucas (our MC coach from Brazil), all our pictures, postures, LC times, dances. eating in the train, calls from LC members, missing our home, brilliant ideas in the train. They really matter for me a lot, and what i really miss already for 2 days.

Thank you Oksanka, Rusya, Nastyushka and Lyubzya for making this conference for me!

Ото вирішила написати на наш блог, щоб трохи зняти тягар з Марти!

Дівчата, а ви помітили як наші мембери переживають і обговорюють, що в борді нема хлопців ? То страшне.  От Олег писав, що у нас бабське царство. Коля питає, куди ЛК прикотиться з нами. А Стас,  то взагалі, цитую вам його ЖЖ "не заздрю дівчатам, які їдуть на Спрінко....якби не навчання, то я б теж поїхав, покатався б, розбавив би жіночий колектив))))) хоча, думаю, їм і без чоловіків добре))) оце вже нагуляються))))не буде кому за ними дивитися)))))" Замітили, що лише хлопці переживають з цього приводу? А дівчата з ЛК, нормально шарять, що все буде ОК! 

Виходить, то за нами дивитись ще треба! І то правильно. Ото нагуляємся на Спрінко!

тільки в четвертій ранку вставати не хочеться. ех...

Правила нашої команди:

жоден з пунтків не є першочерговим чи другорядним, усі вони однаково важливі

* відкрито висловлювати свою думку, ідеї, згоду чи незгоду
* вислуховувати інших до кінця
* у випадку запізнення принести з собою щось смачненьке, і приносити без нагадування
* не запізнюватись
* співпраця між напрямками та членами команди
* відкритість членів Виконавчої Ради до усіх людей ЛК
* повага до дедлайнів. Завершення роботи перед дедлайном - заохочується!
* проведення неформального часу разом якнайчастіше
* повага до особистих цінностей та пріоритетів

Transition

Hey all!

Just back after our first day of transition: tired, happy, smiling, relaxed, sleapy and having thousand ideas and thoughts on how to buid our work, how to develop our LC, motivate members and have their generated AIESEC experiences: as many as we can:)

You know what...something i really wanted to share with you all. I know that in some moments our term gonna be difficult and tough, it's gonna be somtimes not so rewarding as we expect...But on the other hand i know how amazing and driving we can create it for ourselves, for our members, for our whole LC history. We just need to put our efforts and strong-strong will to perform!

He-he, now i'm sure that we gonna do it!

Ahhh, today we had our 1st transition. It was wonderful! Hope we all have learned and rethought a lot!
