New Wave

Ото не вспіла з усіма попрощатись, як уже знову пишу для всіх. Така моя робота, завжди бути біля усіх))

Просто такі емоції зараз. Таке враження, що завтра буде шось грандіозне, ніби свято. Хоча то можна  так і назвати. Завтра вже не буде в локалці так як до цього, завтра по по-новому. Затвра у нас народжується нове життя, нове поколоіння, нові турботи і розмови, нова дружба і робота, і ще купа всього нового. А це означає, що потрібно більше зусиль, більше посмішок на обличчі. більше впевненості в собі, більше синергії в команді.

Завтра день, коли ми будем будувати майбутнє нашої локалки. Кожне наше слово, жест, вчинок чи погляд. Все має значення. Будьмо разом 

 

It's almost a month that we're officially leading our Local Committie. Yeh, i can't believe it:)
And i can't stop admiring the diversity of each of us: the way we think, act, smile, create. That's really what i enjoy the most about ourselves for now. Because this basic thing can unite people and their minds to perform really great things.
My darlings, let's have fun during our EB term, because this is only 1 year we have. Live it as if there were no more ahead! Think about the history of our LC, your functional area - your passion, all our members, alumni, partners, everyone and everything that really inspires us to work hard, go for meetings, spend money for and just do it. For this you are here, in this team, for 1 year.

2 days after SprinCo

We're finally back after our first conference! Tired, happy, recollecting all events, moments - my current state:))
The first conference spent together. It was sometimes difficult for us, sometimes funny, creative, tough, brainwashing, comfortable. But what is important we had a good deal of learning all together in terms of :
* our team: we're getting acquainted, realizing our weaknesses and strenghths, learning how to cooperate, coomunicate, give feedback each other. It's difficult at the beginning, and requires sacrifying, but at the end we all see the results. I know!
* our LC: we put really ambitious goals, but they are smartly distributed in months, and i'm sure that we'll teach us all how to reach them with the help of whole LC, each member, for all of us to know our contribution.

Don't think that we were only focused on our work! We had so much fun, and i miss it so much! Can't get off my head our 'cool babu', 'some strings', feedback on the last night, our plans towards Lucas (our MC coach from Brazil), all our pictures, postures, LC times, dances. eating in the train, calls from LC members, missing our home, brilliant ideas in the train. They really matter for me a lot, and what i really miss already for 2 days.
