Just back after our first day of transition: tired, happy, smiling, relaxed, sleapy and having thousand ideas and thoughts on how to buid our work, how to develop our LC, motivate members and have their generated AIESEC experiences: as many as we can:)
You know what...something i really wanted to share with you all. I know that in some moments our term gonna be difficult and tough, it's gonna be somtimes not so rewarding as we expect...But on the other hand i know how amazing and driving we can create it for ourselves, for our members, for our whole LC history. We just need to put our efforts and strong-strong will to perform!
He-he, now i'm sure that we gonna do it!
Ahhh, today we had our 1st transition. It was wonderful! Hope we all have learned and rethought a lot!
